The automatic machines of GTL-MultiStep series are intended for packaging of liquid and viscous food products into polypropylene, polystyrene cups or lamister package with further welding of the sealing lid or film.
The automatic machines have linear configuration with the capacity till 15 000 packages per hour.
Depending on customer’s tasks the GTL- Multistep machines are completed with the wide range of additional options
The machine is intended for automatic containers transfer from conveyer or filling and sealing machine to cardboard trays.
It can be designed as separate tray packer machine or the pick&place module integrated with the filling and sealing machine.
Containers transfer can be realized by servo-drive or robot. The product is fixed by suction cups or mechanical grips.
The automatic machines form the cardboard trays from the pattern which further are used for group packaging of plastic cups and other similar products with the capacity till 1500 trays per hour.
Machines are equipped with hot melt glue station.
