Triblock performs the washing of the containers, product filling and capping in one machine. Such configuration is the most effective solution for filling of the biggest part of the liquid food products due to compact design, process synchronization and wide capabilities to keep high level of hygiene while filling of fresh products, such as juices, milk, fermented dairy products.
The production program of the GTL-Packaging company includes several models of triblocks depending on type of the product, material of the container and type of the cap. The machines are divided into 2 groups: GTL-Optima и GTL-Ultra according to the capacity and necessary options.
Triblocks in basic version are intended for filling of liquid and viscous food products into plastic or glass bottle with volume from 0.2 till 2.5 liters. The automatic machines are rotative type and consist of modules for containers disinfection, product filling and bottle capping.
The automatic machines for washing, filling and capping of the bottles are also produced as separate independent machines or as combination filling – washing, filling – capping.
Special solutions are used for filling into irregular containers of big (4-19 liters) or small (till 0.2 l) volume.
