The GTL-InSpect automatic machines are intended for containers rejecting by the such factors as product level, presence and correct position of the cap and label, presence of foreign bodies in the product, presence of cracks and damage of the containers and others.
The automatic machines have linear and rotary construction and are based on video systems of Cognex company. Number of cameras is defined on the customer task. Unsatisfactory packages are transferred to the special conveyer.
CIP-stations are used for in-place cleaning of the technologic and packaging equipment in place of its usage. The stations perform preparation, warming and circulation of the cleaning solutions in product circuit of automatic machines, pipelines and bowls. Depending on the capacity and automatization level the compact and automatic CIP-stations can be used.
Compact movable CIP-stations for washing of packaging machines consist of 1 bowl and manual control.
Automatic CIP-stations consist of 3 bowls for cleaning solutions and work in automatic mode.
The GTL-Packaging AIR KNIFE stations are used to delete condensate, liquid and foreign bodies from the bottle surface before the label applying.
The stations represent “air knives” system which blow the compressed air on the bottle and make it dry.
The GTL-Packaging collaborates with the leading European producers of different additional equipment for the automatic filling lines of liquid products: compressors of different power and configuration, weight system control, video control, date printers.
